To cancel your subscription, always know it is permanent and we will not be held accountable for it. Go to your console > click Membership Status and at the bottom of the screen > click cancel and a few more prompts will appear as confirmation that you want to cancel, and click okay. Your membership will be cancelled immediately but your profile will still be available as Free access regardless.
